Smoked Salmon Spread

A delicious and easy spread that is sure to get many compliments. It can be a good idea to serve with somewhat bland crackers in order to taste the smoked salmon.


1 (8oz.) package cream cheese, softened

½ C. sour cream

¼ C. heavy cream

1 T. lemon pepper

1 t. dried dill weed

¼ C. chopped green onions

8 oz. flaked smoked salmon


1. Stir together the cream cheese, sour cream, heavy cream, lemon pepper, and dill in a bowl until smooth. Fold in the green onions and smoked salmon until evenly mixed. Refrigerate 1 hour before serving. Prep time 10 min.

Ready in 1 hour 10 min.
