Mary Ann's Yummy Honey Mustard

This amazing recipe is from Mary Ann Watanabe. It’s her yummy honey mustard which is a Whiteley family favorite. This sauce is great on sandwiches and salads.  

Mary Ann’s Yummy Honey Mustard

1/3 c. apple cider vinegar

1/2 c. brown sugar

2 T. butter

2 eggs

1/3 c. prepared mustard

Beat all but vinegar in a saucepan on low heat. Gradually add vinegar. Cook over low heat, stirring constantly until thick. Cool & chill before serving. A good idea is to make a batch on the stove and then put it into small canning jars which can be stored in the refrigerator for the future.
